將3年熟成梅酒原液放入橡木酒桶中再沉睡2年的精華之作，濃厚梅子果香混合日本燒酌和橡木香味，經過5年存放，口感變得醇厚且沒有酒精酌喉的感覺，堅持使用高品質的南高梅，以砂糖和酒精釀造，經過三年的熟成之後，再放入法國橡木酒桶熟成兩年。歷時五年的陳醇，呈現出口感濃郁和層次豐富的梅酒。
